Both names are correct.
Adedayo is my first name.
Ademuyiwa is my middle name.
And just incase you are wondering about Daniel too.
That's also my name. It was bestowed onto me when I got baptised in 1996.

I found Daniel's work very person centred. He was patient and able to enlighten us where we were uncertain. He was prompt to get our charity website up and running and consulted with us through the process. I am happy to recommend him.
